Job Details:

• Provide high-quality acute and episodic patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Serve as a clinical leader, supporting advanced practice providers and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Partner with operational and physician leadership to advance quality, patient experience, and practice initiatives
• Mentor, coach, and support team members while promoting professional growth and engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Acute care clinical experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-development skills
